POLICY


TURN AROUND TIME

Items that are made to order are cut and sewn once payment is processed. Please allow 5-12 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) for turnaround time. We ship 1-3 days after completing order due to our double inspection standard (to ensure our customers the best quality when receiving).

Items that are ready to ship will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment has been processed. UNLESS* ordered with a made to order product. Then please refer to the original turnaround time frame above.

If your order includes a ' made to order ' product, then please allow for the 5-12 business day time frame.

 *UPDATE 8/14/2020* -- Due to COVID-19, USPS has a tendency to delay our parcels. Please give your tracking a few business days to update as we have had our previous packages update 3-7 business days after drop off (we do not drop off our packages during business hours. We prefer to drop off after hours using the drop box to avoid the crowd.) Our local postal office is usually flooded with packages which is much worse than our average Christmas holiday. Please understand that once we do drop off the parcel and once the package in USPS custody, the parcel and ETA is completely out of our control. We will however, do the best we can on our end. Be assured that we are not the only ones being affected by this. Many businesses and individuals (we have confirmed) are experiencing the same issue with their own packages.

SHIPPING / CHANGES

Completed orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (including Saturdays).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You will be responsible for tracking your package. Please note that once the package has left the US, tracking ends and will no longer be updated in the system. If customs sends back your package, we will not be responsible for any refunds. If you want your package to be resent, additional shipping fees will incur.
