PRICING/POLICY 

Pricing on products may change without notice.

All orders made online, in-store, and in person are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.

>> Please use measurement charts for reference before making your purchase. Any questions regards to sizing, please email or DM us on Instagram. DO NOT purchase product if you are unsure. Any returns or exchanges will be at the buyer's expense. Recollections is NOT responsible for any extra fees.

Under certain circumstances, we will make exceptions if there has been an error on our part (this is not limited to turn around time frame). Any size exchanges will need to be addressed within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel.

If there are any concerns after this time frame, we are NOT ABLE to honor any exchanges. 

Please understand as we are a small business and not a corporation. We do strive to do the best we can while enforcing rules and policies. This will be fair to us and our customers.

All products are quality checked before being shipped out to our customers.

If there are any cancellations to any orders placed after 24 hours (or if label is already printed. whichever is sooner), buyer agrees to pay a 30% restocking fee.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS

All customers should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing an order.

If you haven't received a confirmation order email, please DM us via Instagram or email us info@recollectionsofficial with Confirmation Email - Order # in the subject title. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Please be sure that your email is correct upon placing your order. Also, there could be many factors why your order confirmation did not show up in your main inbox. Please know that this is out of our control and it could possibly filtering out due to your email inbox settings.

In the event that our emails have been filtered out in your inbox, please check your spam and promotions folder before reaching out. If you still haven't found your order/tracking confirmation email, please kindly message us and we will resend it over.

 

SALES / EVENTS

Pricing on products may change without notice.

All sales and events that include coupons or discount codes do not apply to any previous orders once placed. If you had forgotten to apply your discount code upon purchasing, please message us within 1-2 hours of your purchase.

All discount codes are up for grabs if posted publicly. We will not reserve any codes for anyone. To be fair, discount codes are on a first come, first serve basis.

TURN AROUND TIME

Due to the holiday season, all orders placed are final sale. No exchanges or returns. No exceptions.

Items that are made to order are cut and sewn once payment is processed. Orders that are ready to ship will have a turn around time of 3-5 business days. If you have added a made to order product in your order, please allow 5-12 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) for turnaround time. We ship 1-3 days after completing order due to our double inspection standard (to ensure our customers the best quality when receiving).

We have a separate team that processes ready-to-ship orders right away. Orders that contain ready to ship products may be shipped out before orders that have a made-to-order product. This is due to the process of finalizing the designs of the product.

If you are needing your order expedited, please message us first via email/Instagram DM and to get the confirmation that we will be able to expedite the process of your order.

** Please note that if you do decide to have your order rushed, an expedited fee of $10 will be invoiced separately even if you had already placed your order. This will be additional to the shipping method you have chosen. Any upgrades to your shipping (Express/Priority mail) will be at the buyer's expense.

Completed orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (including Saturdays).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You will be responsible for tracking your package. Please note that once the package has left the US, tracking ends and will no longer be updated in the system. If customs sends back your package, we will not be responsible for any refunds. If you want your package to be resent, additional shipping fees will incur.
